2×Hieff® PCR Master Mix (No Dye)-1mL

2×Hieff™ PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use premixed solution designed for conventional PCR. It contains Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase, a dNTP mix, MgCl₂, and an optimized reaction buffer. During amplification, only the template DNA and primers need to be added, significantly simplifying the experimental procedure.

Formulated with high-performance stabilizers, the Master Mix remains stable for up to 3 months at 4 °C. The resulting PCR products feature a 3′-dA overhang, making them well-suited for cloning into T-vectors.
