SeekOne® DD Single Cell BCR Enrichment Kit (Human) - 8 Tests

The SeekOneDD Single-Cell Immune Profiling System (5' Transcriptome & Immune Repertoire Sequencing), leverages a microfluidic system and barcoded beads for precise single-cell partitioning and labeling. From a single sample, the system enables the construction of libraries containing both full-length TCR/BCR sequences and mRNA transcripts, followed by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. The SeekOneDD Single-Cell Immune Profiling Kits include the SeekOneDD Single-Cell 5’ Transcriptome-seq Kit and the SeekOneDD TCR/BCR Amplification Kit. These kits allow for simultaneous acquisition of full-length V(D)J sequences, pairing information of the TCR α and β chains (or BCR heavy and light chains), as well as comprehensive transcriptome data. Applications of this system include the investigation of T/B cell heterogeneity, TCR/BCR diversity, antigen specificity, vaccine development, immunotherapy screening, and more.
