Murine RNase inhibitor (200 U/μL, Glycerol-free)-10KU

Murine RNase Inhibitor is a soluble protein purified from a recombinant E. coli strain. It selectively inhibits RNases A, B, and C by forming a high-affinity, noncovalent 1:1 complex. Unlike the human RNase inhibitor, the recombinant murine version lacks two oxidation-sensitive cysteines, resulting in enhanced oxidative stability and making it suitable for low-DTT conditions (<1 mmol/L). This feature makes it ideal for applications sensitive to high DTT levels, such as RT-PCR. The product is glycerol-free, making it well-suited for lyophilized reagent preparation. It is compatible with various molecular biology workflows, including cDNA synthesis, polysome isolation, and in vitro transcription/translation.
