Anti-HA Affinity Gel -100 mL

Anti-HA Affinity Gel is produced by covalently attaching a high-quality mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody to Sepharose 4B beads. This affinity gel offers a high binding capacity for HA-tagged fusion proteins (≥1.5 mg protein per mL of gel) while minimizing non-specific interactions with unrelated proteins. It is ideally suited for applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP) and purification of HA-tagged proteins.
