Ceturegel™ Matrix LDEV-Free is a soluble basement membrane extract from EHS mouse tumors, rich in extracellular matrix proteins like laminin, type IV collagen, HSPG, and nestin, along with growth factors such as TGF-β, EGF, IGF, FGF, and others. At room temperature, it forms a biologically active 3D matrix that mimics the in vivo basement membrane, supporting cell culture and differentiation. It is ideal for studying cell morphology, function, migration, invasion, and gene expression. Ceturegel™ promotes adhesion and differentiation of various cells, including epithelial, hepatocytes, and endothelial cells, and serves as a scaffold for tumor invasion, angiogenesis, peripheral nerve regeneration, and in vivo tumor growth models.
