2×Hieff® PCR Master Mix (No Dye)-5×1mL

2×Hieff™ PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use premixed solution designed for conventional PCR applications. It contains Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and an optimized reaction buffer. Only primers and the DNA template need to be added during the setup, significantly simplifying the experimental workflow.

The formulation includes high-quality stabilizers, allowing storage for up to 3 months at 4°C without loss of activity. PCR products generated with this mix have a 3'-dA overhang, making them well-suited for TA cloning into T-vectors.
